This website is operated by Vistamind Social Foundation, a non-profit company registered under number U85500DL2025NPL451545. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Information on this site

We publish programme information in good faith and keep it current. Where a detail is not yet confirmed — a date, a fee, an eligibility rule — it is marked as such rather than guessed at. Nothing marked as pending should be relied upon until we confirm it in writing.

3. Programmes and events

Dates, fees, formats, venues and eligibility for our programmes may change. Registering interest through a form on this site is not a booking, an admission or a guarantee of a place. A place is confirmed only when we confirm it directly to you.

4. Enquiries

Please give accurate details when you contact us, and do not submit anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anyone else’s personal details without their consent. We may decline to respond to enquiries that breach this.

5. Volunteering and partnerships

Submitting a volunteer application or a partnership enquiry does not create any engagement, employment or agreement. Any volunteer role or institutional collaboration is subject to a separate agreement between us.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary and, unless the law requires otherwise, non-refundable. Any tax treatment of a donation depends on the foundation’s registration status at the time you give — the position is set out on the donate page. Please do not send money on the basis of anything other than account details we have confirmed to you in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Vistamind Social Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Reproducing our content commercially, or presenting it as your own, requires our written permission. Institution names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

9. External links

We link to partner institutions and to WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content of any external site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
