An accomplished educationist, institution builder and social entrepreneur with more than 25 years in Indian education.
For over sixteen years she served as PGT Chemistry at S. S. Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, mentoring students of Classes 9 to 12 through a teaching approach built on independent learning, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
She went on to found Vistamind Social Foundation and Buddies & Barbies Play and Day Care School, and today leads work that spans early childhood, school, higher education and teacher development — organising student career counselling, olympiads and AI training for students and teachers, in collaboration with more than ten universities and an international college collaboration in Thailand.
